Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Healthcare Industry
Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication. This role involves handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to patients through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Service Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve customer service processes to enhance patient satisfaction.
Billing Support: Assist with patient billing inquiries and ensure smooth payment processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative teams to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of exclusive experience in customer service within the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Dubai.
Primarily office-based with potential interaction in clinical settings.
Occasional extended hours may be required.
