Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
- – Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- – Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- – Schedule and publish engaging and relevant content regularly.
2. Content Creation:
- – Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- – Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to create innovative content.
- – Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
3. Community Engagement:
- – Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster online conversations.
- – Monitor and engage with user-generated content to build strong community relationships.
- – Address customer queries or concerns raised on social media professionally.
4. Performance Analysis:
- – Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- – Use insights from data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- – Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Campaign Management:
- – Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as lead generation or brand awareness.
- – Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- – Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- – Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- – Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- – Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- – Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- – Excellent communication and writing skills.
- – Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content.
- – Analytical skills to measure and interpret social media metrics.
Preferred Skills:
- – Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- – Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- – Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- – Candidates with UAE experience, which is a MUST
- – Shall be available in UAE.
