Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Fire & Safety Equipments
Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal departments. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in fire and safety equipment sales or related fields. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Client Coordination: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues efficiently.
- – Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and follow up to ensure conversion into sales.
- – Order Management: Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery of fire and safety equipment.
- – Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales orders, invoices, and client communications. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- – Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, tracking sales performance, and preparing reports.
- – Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory team to ensure stock availability for orders and provide updates to clients regarding order status.
- – After-Sales Service: Coordinate with technical teams for installation or maintenance of equipment and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- – Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- – 2–3 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the fire and safety equipment industry.
- – Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- – Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- – Full-time position based in Dubai, with occasional on-site visits to clients or warehouses.
- – Standard working hours with occasional flexibility required to meet client demands.
