Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company database and systems.
Documentation: Ensure all documents and data records are organized, verified, and accessible for reporting and review.
Microsoft Office Tasks: Use Excel for data management, Word for documentation, and Outlook for internal communication and scheduling.
Quality Control: Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries for internal teams and management.
Time Management: Manage daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
