Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in talent recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent while managing HR functions to ensure the organization’s growth and compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- – Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s workforce needs.
- – Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, with a focus on those relevant to the real estate industry.
- – Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
- – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- – Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- – Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
- – Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, values, and culture.
3. Employee Relations:
- – Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- – Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
4. Performance Management:
- – Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
- – Support managers in conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans.
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
- – Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- – Stay updated with labor laws and HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- – Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- – Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector, IS A MUST.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- – Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- – Proficiency in HR software and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Experience:
- – 3+ years in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR Management.
- – Hands-on experience in real estate recruitment or similar industries.
- – Candidates with UAE experience will be contacted. Therefore, UAE experience is a MUST.
- – Shall be available in UAE.
