Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the success of our cutting-edge technical solutions. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to develop relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and present solutions effectively.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Project Collaboration: Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure solutions align with client needs and project timelines.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of engineering concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to clients.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Dubai.
